Our Vacation Scheme Promise

Experience life at Paul, Weiss on our Vacation Schemes - your pathway to a Training Contract. From day one, you’ll be immersed in meaningful, challenging work that offers a true reflection of your future career with us. We want to ensure that everyone is financially able to take part in our vacation schemes. This is why we are making this promise to all vacation scheme students.

We will offer the following to everyone who we offer a place to on one of our vacation schemes:

Accommodation paid for and arranged by Paul, Weiss

Travel to and from the vacation scheme paid*

Free breakfast and lunch provided (Monday-Friday)

£250 professional attire grant

£1,500 salary (with 50% paid upfront)

Personal Mentorship – provided prior to vacation scheme

How do I apply?

Online Application: Submit your application via our online portal.
Interviews and Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in interviews and assessments designed to evaluate your analytical abilities, communication skills and potential as a future lawyer.
Vacation Scheme: Successful candidates will receive an offer to join our Vacation Scheme. During the vacation scheme we will assess you for a Training Contract

Do you accept applications from international students?

Yes, absolutely. The only requirement is that you will need to be in London for the vacation scheme.

Do you get paid for taking part in a vacation scheme?

Yes, you will be paid £1,500 (gross) for a two-week vacation scheme.

Do you run any open days?

Yes, we have a number of open days running throughout the year. You can find out further details on our events page.

When is the vacation scheme deadline?

The Winter vacation scheme deadline is 28 September 2025.

The Spring and Summer vacation scheme is 21 December 2025.

Do you recruit on a rolling basis?

No, we review applications after the deadline.

What are your eligibility requirements?

Penultimate, final-year law students or graduates, or
Non-law students in their final year or graduates.

Academic requirements:

Min. 2.1 undergraduate degree (gained or predicted)
